The best way to describe the Pro Visual philosophy is to compare it to a bag of Lego™ blocks: We listen to the client’s needs, find the best possible set of Lego blocks and build a solution which offers versatility in production. If we don’t have the right piece, we design the mold and make our own.
Materials Science is therefore a cornerstone of our offering and we make a point of keeping up with the latest materials and manufacturing techniques. We design products using either traditional sheet-metal, non-ferrous metals, like aluminum, brass and copper or standard engineering plastics.
The area that differentiates us from the rest of the crowd is our experience with advanced composites. Some products could not be made using traditional materials, so we’ve invested considerable resources in mold making, casting and finding solutions using liquid rubber, silicone casts and a wide range of urethane based materials and foams.
Why struggle to make it if you can simply 3D print it, mold it and replicate it? This also allows us to rapidly produce prototypes or mock-ups of the products and speeds up the entire sales cycle resulting in happier clients, with less fuss.
We also keep the end application and service of the product in mind from the design phase. Therefore our products are easy to maintain, service and repair if needed. Nothing is left to chance and the worst case tolerances are kept in mind. All our products are modular, easy to adjusted and calibrated and, where required, include access ports to assist with field service procedures. We also supply extensive documentation to make training a simple. All of the above are underwritten with our dedicated after-sales service and support.
